The holidays are fast upon us. I wanted to share this tutorial again this year as a reminder of a fun little holiday sewing project and great gifts for friends, teachers, neighbors.
It’s my Scrappy Holiday Ornament Tutorial. You can find it at this link.
Please feel free to share this tutorial with your friends, on social media, with your local quilt guild. Share it far and wide!
Here’s a little reminder of what they are.

And a photo that shows them really clearly.

And it’s all just in time to get some done for this year!
Happy sewing!

To get to the tutorial in today’s blog post seemed to be gummed up with having to set up a wordpress account.
I’m imagining that it wasn’t to be this complicated. Even going to your website also linked it back to WordPress.
??? Am i missing something?

These are adorable fun little ornaments. I used your tutorial last year and made a bunch I was going to give away but…
Well they are still adorable and I still have them. Time to try again I think.

Hi Anne. Love your work and the posts of projects and methods and KF inspiration. Somewhere you had chatted about your ideal size for lap quilts. Can’t find it now – what were your measurements??? Thx. Treats for the dogs!

I like them around 70 x 80 or so inches. I like them long enough that I can have my feet and my shoulders covered nicely at the same time. they all vary in size, but that’s about where they all end up.

Those are super cute! they would also make great pin cushions. I can probably figure it out without the tutorial…but when I follow the link, wordpress says I don’t have any sites. 😐

Hi! Thank you for sharing your ornament tutorial with us. They are so adorable!!! Unfortunately, the WordPress site seems to requires users create a site before accessing your tutorial. Not sure if it’s a glitch with the site or their normal response, but I wasn’t able to open your design. Keep on sharing – I love hearing about your projects and the adventures you have with the dogs!
